Our Mission
The mission of OTORA is to revitalize historic Old Town Orcutt by working together in a grassroots fashion to create a unique center for community activity.
In collaboration with Santa Barbara County and other key stakeholders, we develop and implement comprehensive plans to organize, design, promote, and restore Old Town Orcutt’s commercial district.

Our vision is to continually enhance the economic, social, cultural, and environmental vitality of Old Town Orcutt by honoring its rich history and ensuring thoughtful, quality design for a thriving future.
